What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, city, company, and information about your business or enquiry (such as product interest, category, investment range, or package interest). Our site also records standard analytics data — pages visited, device type, and campaign attribution parameters (UTM tags and ad-click identifiers such as gclid) — via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, recommend the right service, deliver the services you engage us for, and follow up on WhatsApp, phone, or email where you have consented. Analytics and attribution data are used to measure which pages and campaigns work, and to report advertising conversions to Google Ads. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it
Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and forwarded to our internal lead-management systems, including notifications to our team via Telegram and our CRM. Analytics data is processed by Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads). Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager cookies to understand site usage and attribute enquiries to marketing campaigns. Campaign parameters (UTM values and ad-click IDs) are stored in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our engagement and any period required for accounting and legal compliance. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.
Your rights
